PLASTIPUFF is a plastisol puff ink formulated to cure and expand rapidly. PLASTIPUFF also produces an exceptionally strong, long-lasting ink film with a high uniform finish and excellent abrasion resistance. The inks should be used on T-shirts, sweatshirts and other woven cotton and cotton/polyester garments.

Fluorescent Neon
Neon (fluorescent) colors are the latest addition to the MAXOPAKE color line. Like other Union Ink high-opacity inks, MAXOPAKE Neons are formulated for direct manual or machine printing on black and dark colored cotton or cotton/polyester garments without printing a white underbase
ATHLETIC PLASTISOL
This is a series of plastisol inks formulated to provide gloss finish opaque prints with high deposits and excellent elasticity. These inks are recommended primarily for printing large numbers, letters and designs on cotton and cotton/poly athletic garments as well as Nylon Mesh Jerseys. The PATH Series is excellent for printing on many of the new stretch fabrics used in active-wear (bathing suits, cycling suits, dance-wear, etc.) such as Lycra/Spandex, etc., where great elasticity and toughness is required.
GLOW-IN-THE-DARK INK
PLUS-F666 is a phosphorescent (glow-in-the-dark) plastisol ink which is supplied ready-for-use or in a component (powder and base) form. This ink is formulated for application to cotton and cotton/polyester garments and novelty items.
This ink will only be effective in complete darkness, when it will radiate a bright lite-green color. Heavier ink deposits will result in increased phosphorescence (brightness) and a longer "after-life." It must be printed on white fabric or, for best results, over white plastisol
In daylight or artificial light conditions, this ink will have a pale off-white hue.
Flash-Back Plastisol
Flash-Back ink is an easy to use, one-part, plastisol ink that contains millions of light-reflecting microspheres. In daylight the ink appears to be a normal print. In other words, gray ink appears gray, and red ink appears red. However, when a Flash-Back print is exposed to a focused beam of light such as an automobile headlight or a flashlight, it reflects a bright, glittering image back at the light source.
Flash-Back printed garments will provide enhanced visibility for joggers, cyclists, construction workers, and others who work around traffic at night. It is also a great novelty ink for Halloween or any other situation where the shirts will be worn at night in an area where strong beams of light are present.
Flash-Back is not recommended for non-porous fabrics such as woven nylon. It should not be printed over plastisol underbases..
Black Light Clear
Union’s Black Light Clear when printed remains almost colorless in normal indoor or outdoor lighting conditions but emits a blue glow when exposed to black UV light. Black Light Clear is normally used in highlight areas of designs.
Suede Plastisol
Union Ink's Suede Plastisol Ink combines an extremely matte finish with a fuzzy texture and a slight puff. The resulting print is almost indistinguishable from suede leather in texture and appearance. Suede Plastisol can also be used to simulate sand or s tone and other unusual and subtle special effects.
